1. Incoming Inspection-Dimension and outline inspection
Testing the spare parts by using the three-coordinate measuring machine(CMM), optical
imaging instrument, roundness and cylindrical instrument,and then make records.
Incoming Inspection-Physical and mechanical properties test
Testing the sample by tensile testing machine and hardness tester,after geting the
data and result,keep records.
Incoming Inspection-Metallographic analysis
Analyzing the metallographic structure of three kinds housing,turbine wheel and compressor
wheel by using the advanced metalloscope,to inspect the material is qulified or not.
Incoming Inspection-Analysis of chemical constituents
Analyzing the chemical constituents of compressor wheel,turbine wheel and V-band by Brooke Spectrometer(Germany) and Carbon Sulfur Analyzer, to inspect the parts are qualified or not.
Incoming Inspection-Fluorescent flaw detection( Zyglo) and ultrasonic flaw detection
The turbine wheel and compressor wheel need to pass the fluorescent flaw detection; The forged steel shaft need to pass the ultrasonic flaw detection;If the result is qualified,the parts will send to next process step
2. Machining process inspection
First part inspection, after machining or assembling the first part,operator will have self inspection according to the process procedure requirements.If the self inspection is qualified,the inspectors will scrutinize it,after confirming and issue the first part cetificate,and then start quantity production.
Mutual Inspection and Patrol Inspection
The operator abide by the rule of mutual inspection during the process, the inspector do
patrol inspect for real-time monitoring quality and then record.
3. Machining process inspection- Monomer dynamic balancing
The processed turbine shaft assembly and compressor wheel will have monomer dynamic
balancing test.
Machining process inspection- Cleaness Inspection
The processed parts will be cleaning by ultrasonic cleaners,after cleaning,the inspector will
test the cleaness of the parts by the testing equipment,and then keep records .If the testing
result is qualified,the parts will be sent to assembly workshop,if unqualified,will be cleaned
again.
Machining process inspection-Identification of Product
During the assembling,according to the product Identification & Traceability Control Procedures,will mark the batch numbers or date on the shaft or CHRA and the nameplate .
Machining process inspection-Overall dynamic balancing test
In order to ensure the assembly quality, the assembled CHRA will be sent to do overall dynamic balancing test.
Machining process inspection-Exfactory testing
The turbo will be installed on the test rig in test center, simulating the engine running together with turbo, to do exfactory testing as well as performance test, such as oil leak, thrust, splitting, inclusive, safety and so on.
